STATEMENT - Hello Washington and thank you for checking out my campaign whether you're one of the more than 10,000 people who voted for me or one who remains a skeptic of me and the vision for our state that I ran on.

The primary is over and no matter how the remaining ballots go, I will not be advancing to the general election in November. When you're a candidate of my stripes, you have to cherish every vote and I am proud that this campaign finished in the top 10 of a field of 28, that we netted over 10,000 votes, and that we finished higher than any other independent or 3rd party candidate in the race. While there is a long way to go between where we are today and the Washington we are trying to build, I believe that this campaign was more than an acceptable start.

The results of the race can be viewed at the New York Times page linked below:

As I promised in my statement for the voters' pamphlet - I remain committed to every policy I ran on and will continue my advocacy for them. To those out there are would like to see those policies succeed, please get in touch. If we unite, if we organize, if we grow - we will win.
